What is the date of the event?

The event will be on July 29rd, 2017.  In the event of inclement weather the event will be moved to July 30th, 2017.  Please check back on the site for updates.

 

What are the hours of the event?

The event will be from 10am to 2pm.

 

Where can I get a vendor registration form?

You can get a vendor contract on our Registration page.

 

What do the different sponsorship levels get me?

Well, besides knowing you are helping two great military organizations in your community, we will also help promote your company in various ways. Bronze sponsors will be displayed on our Facebook page, Silver sponsors will be listed on both the Facebook page and Website, Gold sponsors will be listed on both sites and given a spot on our event items, and Platinum sponsors will have everything previously listed PLUS be given a spot on the Wall of Fame that will be displayed at the event.  Please check out the sponsor letter here.

 

Is the show open to the public?

Yes, the event is a public event.

 

How much does the show cost?

Great news, It’s free!

 

Are strollers allowed at the event?

Yes, strollers are allowed at the Event. However, there will be many people at the Event, so smaller strollers will be easiest to manage on the Show floor.  Stroller speed limit is 50mph.

 

Is video and photo equipment permitted?

Yes! We encourage you to take photos and videos at the Event. Photography equipment, including tripods, is welcome. Of course, we ask that you do your best not to interfere with anyone else’s enjoyment of the Event while you line up that perfect shot. So the lighting tent would be best left at home.

 

Is food available at the Event?

Yes! Concessions will be available

 

May I bring food and drinks into the Event?

Yes, you may bring bottled beverages and small snacks into the Show. Setting up a four-course meal at the event, however, would be frowned upon.  Alcohol is not permitted.

 

Are pets allowed at the Event?

Assistance dogs are allowed, however family pets are not.  Dragons and unicorns are welcome.
